“매우 강력추천하는 호텔. 사진과 조금은 다르겠지하는 마음으로 갔는데 모든 시설이 사진과 같고 신축호텔만큼이나 깨끗해서 놀랐다. 아주 따뜻한 물이 총강력수압으로 나와서 온천수와 같은 샤워를 할 수 있었고 주차에 인색한 다른 영국호텔들에 비해 넉넉한 주차공간이 너무 마음에 들었다. 프론트데스크 직원들도 다른 곳에 비해 굉장히 서비스태도가 좋았다. 모든 면에서 나물랄곳이 없는 호텔.”

“Check-in was slow (over 20 minutes). No apology for the wait from an indifferent receptionist. Fortunately, every other staff member was very polite, friendly and helpful. Food was good and accommodation comfortable ”

The mirrors are in odd places. I never liked the Best Western in America, but I would stay in one in Scotland again!”

“오래된 건물의 호텔이지만 시설은 리모델링이 되어 신식이었습니다. 위층에서 움직이면 삐걱거리는 소리가 났지만, 그것을 제외하고는 깨끗한 방, 맛있고 정갈한 이침식사, 친절한 직원, 호텔 위치 모두 완벽했습니다. 적극 추천합니다~”
