"Great location for our one night stay. Convenient to restaurants, etc, I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman checking me in. There was a lot (multiple families with children running amuck) going on in the lobby, but he was handling it all so well and was so patient and kind. He got us checked in quickly. When we came back down to leave for dinner, it still seemed chaotic, but you never would have known by speaking with him. Wonderful employee! Bless him for his patience with those people 😅"

"This was our first time staying here and it was a good choice since we needed 2 bedrooms with a common living/dining area. Check in was ok but no one told us how to get into the parking garage across the street. So we try to get in the garage in the dark and couldn't access it. Had to call the hotel front desk from the gate with cars backed up behind us and ask how to get in and was told we needed to use our room card to tap a sensor on the gate. Would have saved us a lot of headache to have been told that at check in! But the hotel itself was fine. Although no one must have used the coffee maker in the kitchen in a while since a spider crawled out of it when I opened the top. The beds were comfy and the view was amazing from the balcony. We didn't use the water park area during our stay but it looked busy. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning (which is located in another building) and we would have been better off to have gone out to a restaurant. It was ok. Food was pretty much hotel breakfast quality food. I would skip it. But it was good stay overall"

"The hotel is a little outdated but overall clean and in good condition. The lazy river and splash pads at the sister hotel were a lot of fun for my family. The biggest downside for me is they advertise that you have access to the sister facility fitness center and they would not allow us to utilize it. They should have had to uphold the usage of the fitness center due to false advertisement."
