"The location and the rooms are great, but help was minimally helpful and the WiFi doesn’t work unless you call tech support to give you access through the ip address. They also won’t clean rooms unless it’s the 3 days after check in. We literally just asked for new sheets and towels for the room while we were out for the day. We came back in the evening and nothing was done and the housekeeper lied and said we were in the room so they couldn’t clean. ( We were gone all day) and then they tried to hand us the bedding to make the bed ourselves. And when we got handed the clean towels, they weren’t even folded. The front desk lady was fine, it seems like she was just doing what she was told. But the place is run generally with no care for customer experience, and they don’t really care about customer service. Again. Nice room, nice location. But I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. I’d rather pay more to have a better experience."
