โCosy room, with top quality breakfast. Room was at the start of the corridor so it was noisy when other guests went past the door. But fortunately the other guests were in their rooms at a decent hour so my sleep was not disturbed. Would stay againโ
โThere was nothing not to love. Itโs a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds. The staff were very helpful, food lovely. I sat by the window and watching golfers golfing. Would love to come back.โ
โThis hotel was amazingly clean and had everything you could need in a hotel, the staff without exception were friendly the included breakfast also excellent fresh food topped up regularly and I really could not fault this hotel or the staff. โ
โClean, friendly host, lots of parking, lots of birds in the trees, and the best food we ate during our 3 week trip at the restaurant next door with very friendly staff. Small town so perfect for a stroll after dinner.โ

The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.โ
โFirst time we stayed in a Shepard hut .
Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and thereโs local supermarkets close as well . Itโs very very quiet and private as well , and thereโs a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...
