โConvenient location to explore North and South beaches. Convenient services fuel, electric chargers and eating facilities and coffee. Decent, no fuss breakfast. Very courteous staff, everyone we encountered!!!โ
โLovely large room with lots of storage options - clearly had a recent upgrade. The staff and food are very good - could do with some fruit at breakfast though.โ
โRoom was clean and tidy, food was very good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only criticism was that the room was very warm and no air con, luckily we were in a first floor room so we kept the windows open all nightโ
โWe've come out for my 30th had a meal in the restaurant. The staff were lovely the food delicious and they even sang to me for my birthday ! Our check in was fab they were very laid back as we were worried about timings because we had a gin tasting event we were going to first. The staff put us as ease when we spoke to them. We did get confused where to park so parked up the road instead of the car park as our satnav took us to the wrong side of the building. How ever the car is fine parked...

โAll of the staff were very friendly, yet professional. When I rang to say that it was my friendโs birthday, Maisie was able to recommend some lovely lunch venues. And, when we arrived she, and the other staff wished us a happy stay, and they had decorated the room for my friend. They made our stay special!โ
โA lovely room in a converted stone building, separate from the main pub. Comfortable king-size bed and a small but adequate bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. The only snag was the too-heavy duvet; we boiled on the first night! The second night we took the cover off it & slept under that. Good breakfast but we would have preferred to be able to eat at 8.30 instead of 9am.โ

The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.โ
