"We arrived in Bath during an extreme heat wave. Our room was very cool and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff kept it immaculate for the four nights we were there. The spa is located, centrally in the hotel, and is extremely hot, keeping the hallways very warm. The cool plunge pool was not operating, during a time of an extreme heat wave, so that was a bit of a disappointment. We only used the Spa to have massages, which were very nice! The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the historic and beautiful city of Bath, and located right around the corner from the Roman baths.
One thing that probably needs improvement is the fitness room. It’s outdated, and could use a good spring cleaning."
