“El mejor servicio. Gran cocina. Muy bonito todo.”

“A nice stay, lovely staff and the kids club was brilliant. Cleanliness and upkeep could be improved as there was a dead cockroach in our room before we moved in. The kids loved the slides however it’s from 7yrs+. I wished we knew how lively it would be as we barely got any sleep (banging music!) with young kids.”

“ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. We clearly requested the honeymoon service by email before our arrival, but it was not provided. We requested it again to the Chinese staff member at the reception desk, and they said...

“경치 좋아요 직원들 친절 합니다.”

“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. But other than the front office, the resort is...

“Best busniss hotel in the world”

“Hotel magnifique au bord de la plage, trés propre, des repas excellents, personnel au petit soin, pour nous c'est un hotel au moins 5 étoiles +, un service comme ca est trés rare comparé à la france, nous y retournerons sans hésiter”

“A really nice small hotel with great staff and with a great view at the ocean and great pool.”

“Very clean space. Very special everything worked well. Definitely got a better deal from booking through Expedia. I booked my room standing at the check-in desk. I got such a deal.”

“The members of staff were nice and their responding was not bad. Room is spacious and amenity was set. I got lots of ants bite (I am not pretty sure if they were by ants or mosquitoes). Any others except those that I mentioned are as good as other nice resorts or hotels. One thing more about the location of this resort, it is not easy to walk down to town. Town is not far from resort (about 2.5 km) but the road is really tough. There is not a sidewalk but cars are speedy, passing over the...

“직원들도 친절하고 전체적인 서비스가 좋았어요. 뷔페는 보통이었고 리조트가 외곽에 위치해서 리조트내에서만 지낸다면 좋지만 주변 관광하러 가기는 불편해요.”

“전반적으로 매우 만족했다. 친절한 직원 편안한 분위기 등. 불편한것은 방음이 전혀 안되는것과 개미들 정도”
