"We had a great first impression of the hotel which was met with a clean and well serviced room. It was a really comfortable 3 nights stay in a great location close to the high end stores. Bathroom was super clean and serviced 2x a day with turn down service (unexpected). They replenished the water in our room often. Definitely enjoyed the stay and staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again next time we return to Capri"

"Very classic, old school Italian small boutique hotel style, but felt like you’re staying in your own villa. Staff were amazing, particularly Alessandro and Patrick and the whole reception team. I felt at home and the location is peaceful, quiet and the views spectacular. It was just the escape I needed!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Syrene! The location on Via Camerelle is fantastic, right in the heart of Capri and close to everything. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and a special thank you to Janaka, the porter, who was wonderful with our luggage. Our sea-view room had an amazing view, and even the pool view from our other room was lovely. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of towels available. The only downside is the stair access to the hotel entrance, and getting there from the Capri town center with luggage involves a fairly long walk while pulling your bags. Thankfully, the hotel told us about their porter service, and the porter met us right outside the ferry arrival area and took our luggage to the hotel, which made everything so much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!"
