This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful experience as before. Host James, his wife and rest of the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family (we were traveling with our 4 yr old, the property is very kid and family friendly). Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

I recently stayed at this property in Cancun and had a wonderful experience overall. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. While the property is located about a mile from the main Hotel Zone, it was still convenient enough to get around with a short drive or taxi ride. If you’re looking for something a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great option. There are also a few nice restaurants just down the street, offering good choices for a relaxing meal without having to head into the busy areas. Overall, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the excitement of Cancun when you want it!

A quaint eclectic Boutique style Bed & Breakfast. Yes! Breakfast cooked daily, reasonably priced & a great garden setting. Our room was small (Petite) but clean, quiet and comfy bed. We had to go into the Lobby to get wifi. 15min walk to Centre Hotel zone.

This seems to be an original villa that was converted to a hotel. The architecture was quite interesting. The check in receptionist was quite nice. The pool was small but nice and relaxing. We found a dead roach in our room when we first checked in, which kind of tainted us a bit. But for one night it was okay.

Property is great and staff are fantastic. A couple of things like the basin are showing signs of age with cracks etc. The street is nice and quiet and off street parking may be available. There is one up market restaurant within walking distance and several other cheaper restaurants that are walkable also. Public beach access is a fair distance away and driving or taxi is probably best.

We stayed at this hotel and found the experience very enjoyable. The hotel is well-located, close to the beach and attractions, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Buses run frequently at the end of the street, which is convenient. We met the owners, who were absolutely charming and gave us many recommendations for the rest of our trip. There is even parking available if needed, and the area is very secure. The staff is friendly, and we had the chance to have breakfast on the pleasant terrace. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay and, if we could have, we would have stayed longer.
