"The pictures are just filters because the rooms are awful. I got what I paid for. My sheets had old blood stains and the room was dirty. Poorly cleaned. Needles to say I will never stay there again!"

"Spa relaxing, other than a few loud people staying there. Rooms can be refurbished the light fixture didnot work in my room, nor the socket. The front door you had to push on it using your body weight for it to open. "

"The pool area was nice. Age appropriate music played in the background (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ray Charles). I would stay there again because of the location The bed was too soft for me, however. Housekeeping was responsive and provided towels when requested. The rooms were clean. Front desk was able to accommodate my early arrival and provided early baggage storage allowing me to go explore the town. The guests ranged from young to old and the atmosphere was relaxing. If one is looking for a no-frills stay this is your place in Palm Springs. "

"The pool looked great, however swimming was not a priority of our trip so I can’t comment on the pool experience. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. But the inside of the hotel rooms was very basic. Almost like a larger motel bedroom. I know hotels in palm springs can be expensive but for what we paid here I assumed the rooms themselves would’ve been nicer. For context, we checked in on a Friday afternoon, and checked out on Monday morning, 3 nights, The total booking amount was about $685.00. "
