"The worst place I’ve ever stayed at. If you have babies or kids, don’t even come here. I stayed for 3 days only because I had no other option, and my babies got sick. It honestly feels like there’s mold somewhere in the walls or bathrooms because there’s a horrible rotten, dirty smell everywhere. No matter how much you clean, the smell never goes away. On top of that, the entire hotel smells like marijuana hallways, rooms, everywhere. Absolutely terrible. The beds were dirty, everything felt filthy. And they charge a $100 deposit, so if you don’t have that extra money, you can’t even stay. I even saw a lady at the front desk get charged $260 by mistake, and they told her it would take 4 days to get her money back. Horrible. Do not stay here, especially if you have children. This place is full of crackheads and drug addicts."

"Was not happy there was an additional $10 fee for admin when we got there. But later when I checked my bill that $10 was reflected there. So that made me feel better. The man who checked us in, not very welcoming. This room was NOT a $200 a night room. The bed was so close to the bathroom you couldn’t open the door. The soap smells AWFUL, there was NO smoke alarm, room was REALLY tiny. Beds were ok. Pillows flat & hard. Was good enough for a one night stay I guess."

"I would report my recent stay, as it was overall a very disappointing experience. Check-in was extremely delayed to the point that I had to contact customer service for assistance. They were unable to reach a live person at the property and had to email the hotel directly. Once I finally got into the room, it appeared dirty to the point where I had to go out and purchase new sheets from Walmart myself. On the first day, the water was not working properly and I had to take a cold shower. The following day, I finally found someone at the front desk who informed us that the sink faucet had to be left running for about 15 minutes before the water would even become lukewarm because the hot water was not functioning correctly. Due to limited funds and not having many options, I stayed, but ultimately decided to leave early because I had enough. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced."

"Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."
