All of the city’s major attractions are within a 20-minute walk, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. My only quibble, which I was aware of beforehand, is that being just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain inevitably means large crowds and quite a bit of noise, particularly during peak tourist months.
