“Very nice room, updated and comfortable. No maid service but we did not mind this at all. Fresh towels were always available. Only spoke with staff on check in. Asked for breakfast recommendations and only received info for chains like Dunkin. We were hoping for local breakfast places. Found some by looking on-line. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sheet quality was poor. However, everything was very clean. Overall this was a fine room.”

“미국의 시골 풍경을 가족과 함께 즐길수 있었고 조용합니다. 식당가에는 걸어가기엔 너무 멀고, 차로 가기에는 멀지 않습니다. 4명 가족이 머물기에 침대도 충분히 크고 숙소는 청결했습니다. 수압이 좀 낮아서 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 좋았습니다.”

“When I had an issue with the assigned room's shower, I was immediately given another room that suited. However, the drawers of the dresser were missing handles. Otherwise, the room was fine. The staff were polite and accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of food options.”

“크리닝서비스는 기본적으로 2일에 한번. 바닥 청소는 절대 하지 않아 청소 후에도 머리카락과 쓰래기가 바닥에 그대로 보임. 아무리 코넬대학 무브인 시즌이라 손님이 많다해도 NYC 의 5성급 호텔 가격으로 저렴한 서비스는 매우 아쉬움. 로케이션은 최고”
