"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the grounds were very clean and very well upkept. The swimming pool is one of the biggest I’ve seen and very nice to relax by. The room was also very nice with the small indoor plunge pool."

"We absolutely love Una Vida—so much so that we’ve spent our last two March Break vacations here. It’s a beautiful, tranquil oasis on the edge of town, with a stunning property and exceptional staff. My wife especially enjoyed the daily morning yoga, while our son looked forward to relaxing by the pool in the evenings. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between peaceful retreat and easy access to everything Tulum has to offer. The staff truly make the experience. They are incredibly helpful—whether it’s booking beach clubs, recommending restaurants, or simply making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A great added bonus is access to their two sister properties (both adults-only), which guests can also enjoy. We highly recommend Una Vida and look forward to returning again."

"Enclosed parking at the rear of the property. I didn't see any CCTV coverage so cannot speak to it's overall security. The room was very clean and well presented. The bathroom was adequate. The cost per night is very reasonable. Lovely views from the rooftop restaurant. I thought the buffet style dinner and breakfast were Okay but expensive "

"Beautiful small boutique resort. Maybe not the most desirable area of Tulum as many people want to be down by the beach, but with a rental car or bicycle we got around just fine. The property was serene, unique in design and staff/cleaning were excellent. Better service than most full service Marriott’s I stay at. Loved the private plunge pools and private outdoor shower. "
