“Had a wonderful breakfast fixed for us”

“Extremely responsive and helpful staff. Very comfortable room with outdoor hot tub overlooking Pikes Peak and Manitou Incline. Breakfast was phenomenal. And all within steps of the historic downtown. What’s not to love?… We would definitely recommend staying!”

“We were greeted upon arrival and given a brief tour to show us around the property and amenities. We stayed in the Rooftop room with its own semi-private patio and hot tub for two. The room was cozy. The shower is small and would be challenging for someone on the taller side, such as our 6’7” son-in-law but it worked just fine for us. Breakfasts are amazing—delicious, and cooked according to our preferences and needs. The staff also baked delicious cookies the two afternoons we were there....

“Fantastic staff, quiet and clean place. Thank you for making our time here so great!”

“Beautiful historic home. The owner was extremely accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable.. I will stay there again”

“This place is so cute and unique. The host was super cool and welcoming. Room was clean and well stocked. I do wish the bed was a little softer, and the pillows were a little firmer. Other than that”

“If you’re looking to step back in time and feel like royalty stay here. The Prague room is magical. The bed is wonderful, the bathroom has a huge shower with seated area & a claw foot tub, double vanities with separate toilet room. Breakfast was unique and wonderful. The owner is knowledgeable, nice & wonderful to chat with. The only thing is the room could use some room darkening coverage on the upper windows.”

“Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again.”
