“The hotel deserves a 3.7 out of 5, mainly due to poor upkeep and cleanliness. The carpets throughout the property looked dirty and neglected. Worse, the first room they assigned me had an active water leak on the ceiling with clear, visible mold growth around it. While the staff did address the room issue, the overall lack of deep cleaning and proper maintenance is a major downside.”

Esto lo vuelve un hotel tranquilo para los huéspedes que buscan descansar de un día largo de turismo. “Excelent location, clean helpful staff. The rooms may be better: a coffe machine, hair dryer, more cups glasses etc and a better maintanence of the Bathtube. I will come back to this hotel”

“Rustige buurt maar dichtbij restaurantjes en cafés. We hadden een familiekamer appartement en kregen gratis een early check-in. De kamers werden iedere dag schoongemaakt. We raden iedereen Suites Vilar América van harte aan!”

“The breakfast was very limited. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours in the other room. The location was ideal since it is close to more than one supermarkets and food places, as well as bus stops. The area was also safe once indoors early. Overall my stay was not so bad”

“They change owner from Viaggio to living and things are different, and staff are no helpfull at all, for everything you ask they don't have, like fan or Iron. Been staying there for more then 5 years on different operator, now this new one absolutely not recommended. Breakfast very poor not buffet anymore. Horreble.”

“El staff es 1A+, nos trataron como en casa. La cocina es excelente y siempre nos complacieron en todo lo que ordenamos en el desayuno. La ubicación es excelente con muchos restaurantes y bares a pocos minutos caminando. La única oportunidad fue que la habitación no tenía suficiente ventilación ,se ponía calurosa y nos dificultaba dormir. Sin duda volveríamos si visitamos Bogotá nuevamente.”
