"We stayed in a lovely quiet room (La Traviata) which was beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and firm and they gave us complementary bottles of water. The bathrobes were a nice touch as it is quite chilly in Bogota. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
Richard was extremely helpful from checkin onwards and made us fantastic coffee, freshly squeezed juice, french toast and fruit plates for breakfast. The breakfast was made to order with a wide range of options to choose from,...

"Instalaciónes limpias, colchones y ropa de cama muy cómoda, buena presión de agua en ducha. El personal muy amable, a tomar en cuenta que se debe tocar timbre para que abran la puerta ya que no esta abierta siempre lo cual no es molesto. Muy buena ubicación caminado se llega rápido a todo en el centro. Dado qué esta en calle concurrida suele haber ruido exterior pero lo normal , si acaso les molesta solo usar tapones para odios algunas noches de ruido por el bullicio de la calle y vendedores...
