โPleasantly surprised. Was booked as an overnight pit stop for Thorpe park but actually wished weโd spent more time there. Quirky, cosy and everything you needed like ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee machine etc. even snack in the room (chargeable). Literally 5 mins to Thorpe park โ
โHotel was easy to find and with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Room was lovely and spacious as too the bathroom. Aircon was a pkus with it being quite hot when visited in the summer. Lovely dining area with plenty of seating, we ate outside and food was delicious in the evening and at breakfast. I would order breakfast when booking as it is ยฃ15 and not ยฃ10 as advertised. Will stay again whrn in the area.โ
โI got such a good deal on this hotel I was a little apprehensive as I thought it was too good to be true! I was wrong! It was lovely :)
The hotel was meticulously clean, the room had everything I needed and the staff were all really friendly 10/10โ
โI love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.โ
