"First and foremost the staff are absolutely superb. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hospitality we experienced here we will not forget. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the barn were all fantastic. "Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "

"Nice newly updated apartment. Great location next to Windsor and the airport. Communication with owner seemed good but when it came to parking, it caused a LOT of stress. It was Not clear overnight parking was at Two rivers and hourly was at bridge street. If sensitive to noice, do not stay here. Constant traffic and with no ac windows need to be opened. By a traffic light so made it even louder. We loved the space and what the apartment offered but the noice and lack of communication on parking made for a lot of stress. "
