“We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. “This was a magnificent old coach house with a very historical feel to it, but modern conveniences. It was a spacious room with very comfortable bed and loved the window seat. I had breakfast and a light dinner in the restaurant, both of which were excellent. There was no lift so not recommended for people with mobility issues.”
