“This was an amazing place. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious with incredible views of the mountains and the lake. Exploration guides are knowledgeable, and the hotel really works hard on creating truly personalized experiences for hiking and horseback riding. The food was superb with unique and delicious dishes. We loved the entire experience and plan to come back soon to another Explora. ”

“Very courteous staff. Excellent food with excellent service in restaurant. Room spotless and clean and room service excellent. Front office staff also excellently courteous and helpful. Loved the native artifacts and the natural wood interiors. This is much more peaceful and beautiful than “modern” concrete, steel and plastics. Spa also excellent with superb pool and very clean hot tub. We plan to return soon!”

“This is one of best hotels I`ve ever been. Staff was kind and hotel itself exceeded my expectation. Everything was good except bathroom clean-up. I stayed there 3 nights. When I checked in, it was good but during the stay, I thought, they didn`t clean up batheroom. Just a few touch. Anyhow I recommend this one whoever consider visiting Puerto Natales and staying a high quality hotel.”

“We stayed 1 night at Kau lodge as we transitioned from Patagonia to Chiloé during our travels. We arrived on a rainy Wednesday evening, and to our surprise their cafe is closed weekly on Wednesdays. Their location is not too far from the Plaza de Armas, which has many restaurants and shops near by. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accomodate an early breakfast for us the next day. Our room was plenty of space for two, and we had an amazing view out to the gulf. Overall...
