"We stayed in a room with shared bathroom. Facilities were clean and room was spacious. Shared kitchen and lounge room very comfortable. Easy free parking out the front on the weekend. Great location across from the park and easy walk to eateries. "

"Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade."

"This hotel is perfection. Do not hesitate to stay here. The staff is unbelievably nice. The lobby and rooms are beautiful. It is right across the street from the most beautiful beach and the pool on the rooftop is amazing."

"Good location, close to train station and amenities. Nice staff, gym is decent. Breakfast is a bit disappointing as it is a bistro style with limited choice. "

"Staff were extremely helpful especially Glen. Great location for where we needed to be visiting family, travel to the city and to the Northern Beaches with the bus stop to the city right outside the front door. The exit through the underground carpark also great for the liquor store, bus to the ferry. Room was great for a months stay, fixtures a little tired and not really enough storage for an extended stay but we managed but everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. Definitely recommend the upgrade to a harbour view and request a higher floor for a better view and bring binoculars. Lovely supermarket directly underneath the apartments and a great Irish bar opposite The Dubliner for a Guinness. Go to the old art deco cinema opposite to see a film or a show, it’s beautiful inside. Lots of food options nearby if eating out or take away. Extra towels available on request and incidentals supplied like washing liquid, tea and coffee and washing liquid. Bed was very comfy and soft pillows. Staff were great for any requests like more hangers, extension lead etc. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very clean room, amentities, bathroom and kitchen. Geat location - take the shortcut through the waterfront park to walk to Kirribilli, or straight down the hill to the ferry. We found the walk uphill to the buses on Neurtral Bay hard work!"
