"Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! All of the staff was super nice! Managers came by at every meal to make sure we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed chatting with them. Very clean, and having breakfast and evening meals included was awesome!!"
"Jovi checked us in and she couldn’t have done a better job!!! Pointed us to all the attractions, transportation, food, etc. Super friendly and absolutely LOVED our stay. Ended the night at the hotel bar. Bartender was amazing and we also ordered food (pizza) which was excellent. Especially impressed with the security of the hotel. Will definitely be back!"
