“Good things - Interior, toilet, bed, and bedding is clean and new. - Staff members are kind and helpful. - Breakfast is good total practical and clean - Location is good (less than 10 min walk from metro) - No smell, no noise, thick curtain prevents outside light. - Parking lot is wide and close But - A bit small - just for business trip and short staying - Highway is close but should pass traffic jam and bumpy road to enter the highway - Not really far from the airport...

“Camera pulita, personale gentile 5 stelle meritate”

“나쁘지는 않아요 걍 동네 모텔 정도급 보시면되고요 걍 가성비 호텔이라고 생각하세요 완벽하지는 않아요 걍 돈낸거에 딱 그돈의 그돈 이라고 생각하시면 될듯해요 테르미니쪽은 너무 비싸니까요”

“The pool area was lovely and Claudio the shuttle bus driver was very helpful. It was very out of the way and the hotel staff were not friendly.”

“떼르미니역에서 10정거장, 15분정도 걸린다. 지하철역에서 걸어서 5분정도 걸린다. 지하철은 아침 5시반부터 운행된다. 방은 더도덜도 아니고 딱 그정도이다. 아침밥은 5층에서 먹었다. 빵, 삶은계란, 음료수, 커피, 햄 치즈 있다. 편리하게 잘지내다왔음.”

“The best thing about this property is the way the property manager treats the costumers. Also the security is outstanding. Even though it is an older building it's very clean.”

“Staff were very helpful with information about nearest metro etc .... room was nice and clean and although the air con worked well it was falling apart.”

“clean rooms, kind staff, and amazing breakfast!”

“Muy tranquilo buena atención”

“My room was clean, staffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast in good quality. Close from the metro station and there is a supermarket nearby too. I want to stay here again when I visit Rome in the future.”

“I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

“Its clean and close to the metro..the only thing is that they took 6£ extra for each person as a tourist tax which wasn’t communicated before”

“A very clean, modern, spacious apartment. Check in was easy and the garage is very convenient. Staff is super helpful and quick to respond. Recommended.”
