"Never experienced this before with Expedia. Host never contacted or sent me any information on check in. I had to contact around 10pm and thankfully they answered after calling multiple times. I was given a code for a lock box and there was no key inside had get buzzed into the building and search for a key in other pad locks. Very disorganized. I was under the impression this was a hotel room not a room in an apartment with other strangers , it gave hostel vibes. Very disappointed. Only thing...

"Nice enough hotel, comfortable beds but pool closes too early , and it’s not close to anything 40 min cab ride to Rome 20-25 min to the airport , well priced but the money I saved I spent double in cab fares"

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace. We loved it! What an amazing view. The one bedroom was smaller, but we used it as the master because of the balcony and lake view. The other bedroom was a bit bigger. No complaints though. It made for a great family trip. And the breakfast included was perfect. And those views from the restaurant were fabulous. Would recommend."
