“Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.”

“My room wasn't clean”

“Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.”

“샤워기 고장이 있었고, Invoice 발행도 제대로 안 해줌”

“We liked the hotel very much”

“Brand new hotel. We loved the room layout with the small kitchenette although we didn't need it for this trip. Easy to get to. Several restaurants close by for easy eating.”

“Left an item behind. The staff claimed they could not find it.”

“깨끗하고 좋았어요. 특히 조식이 너무 훌륭했어요”

“Very friendly people”

“It is an older building that needs some renovation and TLC. You get what you pay for I guess.”
