โIf you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.โ
โGreat access to the waterfront river walk and the convention center. Nice rooms and common areas. Starbucks in lobby, breakfast area and restaurant on second floor, bar on rooftop. โ
โAlways a good stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but they offer valet as an option. It is nice to have a decent coffee shop in the lobby, which offers breakfast items for purchase. โ
โThe staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. Iโll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend...
โWe have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several...
โPeople that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. Just so nice and helpful....What an incredible group of people! Thank you guys again! โ
โParking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didnโt use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.โ
