"Incredible location on the corner of Las Ramblas and Placa de Catalunya. The room was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean, excellent shower, tv and really quick WiFi…..what more do you need!! The outstanding aspect were the staff down on reception whom were beyond helpful, friendly and solved any minor issue queried without hesitation. An absolute gem of a hotel and ticked every single box!!!"

"Conveniently located next to L3 subway station (green line, Paral lel station) made it extremely easy to get around the city. Suggest you purchase a 2-, 3-, 4-day etc transit pass. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, especially with restaurant suggestions about Catalan dining. The only irritant was the noise level. Our room was located next to the ‘atrium’ opening. It’s an open space in the middle of hotel than runs from ground floor to top and covered. At first we thought it was loud pool activity but after visiting the 10th we realized it was something else. Complained to front desk who confirmed it was noise from another room. They took care of it but the noise continued in subsequent days. The atrium amplifies the noise and it echoes into the rooms surrounding the atrium."
