If you are looking for a clean place to stay close to Downtown Cleveland, choose this hotel. Everyone is super friendly and the housekeepers really go out of their way to accommodate you and any requests you may have (we wanted extras pillows and towels). There is a free breakfast and the wifi worked great. We were very comfortable here and will stay again when in Cleveland.

This is a great hotel in an awesome location. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is located less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff made me feel very welcome, especially Robert at the Front Desk. There are many restaurants and even the lake in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pictures online are definitely out dated... Check in staff was nice. We reserved a king bedroom which said came with refrigerator. We didn’t have a refrigerator (and I need one for my medication). Front desk showed us another room (2 full beds), but also offered to move the refrigerator to the king room. However, the smell of the AC (or the room) was really bad, so we decided to move. It seemed like the entire hotel was unfinished. The maintenance room was open, carpet ripped up and looked like a disaster. The room with the ice machine was leaking all over the place and floor was flooded. The first room was gross, smelt like old dirty clothes & cigarettes, had missing light bulbs, and the second room had fixtures on the ground. There were no towels in the rooms. And about 2am, some guy kept yelling “hello” for the front desk person. I always say you get what you pay for, but this place is a dump and a rip off for what we paid. At least we got a hot shower but I would not stay there ever again.

I was flabbergasted by how filthy and run down this property was. I knew we were getting a great deal for hotel in the heart of the city, but I trusted it, because it had the Days Inn name on it. I will know better next time. From the gigantic pothole in the tiny, ill-kit parking lot to how dirty everything was, to the broken foundation in the bed. It was ALL bad. Staff was at least friendly.

The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area.

I really liked this cute hotel in the heart of Lakewood, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where I was attending an event. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a continental breakfast buffet which was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When I checked in, the woman at the desk was on the phone and let me stand there for more than 5 minutes. No "I'll be right with you" or anything. I couldn't open the door to the room. She said I had to insert card while lifting the handle up. The maintenance guy was walking by, and he couldn't do it either. Finally she did it. The room was filthy. There was a hanger sticking out of the bed. The main light barely worked. The bathroom was disgusting. I grabbed a towel, and it was wet. I had to put a/c on at 64 degrees because that was the only way to cool the room. They hadn't dusted. One of the lamps was missing its power button. I've stayed in a lot of rooms, but nothing as bad as this.

This was THE WORST hotel ever. I wouldn’t put a homeless person here to get them off the streets!!! Totally disgusting, dirty, the toilet didn’t work, the shower (which we wouldn’t use) was behind a blacked out curtain, spiders in the sink, the mattress was flat against the box spring, no phone in the room and if breakfast was included (which we didn’t see or look for) I wouldn’t eat it anyway. We slept on top of the unmade bed. Blunts in the bathroom. I could go on!!! Rating -100

This room was absolutely filthy. There were stains on the sheets, hair on the sink, a film on every surface, leaves and wood chips in the drawers and the floor, trash under the bed, it was bad. The front desk guy was really nice and really sweet, but it was a tough stay.

This place needs to be condemned. We couldn’t even stay, it was so disgusting/dirty/unsafe/unprofessional. First we got keys that didn’t work, then they sent us to a room WITH SOMEONE IN IT, then they put us in a room without a lock on the door. Lastly, they kept my id and credit card when I said we could not stay there. This place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my entire life. The whole building should be destroyed.

The hotel itself it’s very dirty and very outdated. The carpets are very dirty and inside the brooms you can tell they don’t put any effort in the property and the rooms. I definitely will never stay again here.

Tired hotel past its prime in need of a lot of maintenance. Many window screens out of the windows and laying in the yard. Parking loft full of potholes, weeds knee high. Room was clean enough. Lights didn't work...on one, the switch was missing. No alarm clock or refrigerator in room. No mention of ice machine. No ice bucket or cups anyway. Got only conditioner, no shampoo. Floor of bathtub was squishy. No breakfast, or even coffee offered. The hallways were disgusting, muddy and footprint tracked, littered with trash, including cigarette butts, a cigar butt, and a used bandaid! Broken pieces of furniture and used mattresses were stacked in the hallway. My husband asked to see the room, and at least the bed seemed clean. I tried to get a room elsewhere, but what was available was either too far away from the hospital or way out of our budget. We needed a place near the Lutheran Hospital, as I had surgery scheduled for the next morning, and we have very little knowledge of the city. While we didn't pay a premium price for the room, the picture on the site appeared acceptable. However, it was far from. We felt confident when we saw that it was Days Inn, by Wyndham that it would be satisfactory, but we won't make that assumption again. I think this franchisee needs attention, or you may want to reconsider putting your name on this property.

Looked to be low income housing for homeless. Room was filthy, check in area filthy with what appeared ti be black mold around all the air vents and on ceiling and walls. Room that was reserved was not available. Carpet was so gross in the room that we took a loss and did not stay. Also only 1 towel and no toilet paper in room. Do not stay here!
