โThis hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. โ

โThe Roost was amazing. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Secure parking garage attached with easy access to the hotel. It is really an apartment with kitchen, full fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable, front desk service was excellent. Only complaint and I mean only nitpicky thing was the coffee maker we had was a bit beat up and made a mess. Highly recommend.โ
โStayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good. โ
