Looks a little like out of Africa
Wonderful views and in August the water was warm. The only downside? Jellyfish everywhere. So many that we couldn't go in the water at all. We ended up driving a mile west along the coast and the water there didn't have any jellyfish at all! While the tide was out you could walk out a few miles without the water going past your waist as well. But bring the sunscreen. Even if it's not that hot and the sun doesn't feel that bright, you burn. My friend and I were burnt to a crisp (and we both typically don't burn!)
Nice place for a dawn walk any later and you hit the crowds
