“I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. “There was no real breakfast, just coffee and yogurt. You’re not allowed to take anything yourself and have to ask the staff to put yogurt in a bowl—not the most pleasant experience. The swimming pool was dirty, with muddy water and leaves. BUT I would have never left this negative feedback if not for the cockroach crawling on my bed… ugh!”
