“Staff were helpful and the price was affordable.”

“Terrible experience, cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain was full of mildew, I booked a king room and to my surprise upon entering the room in was a double bed. I called the front desk and apparently they got overbooked and changed my room type without letting me know. The fridge was unplugged when I entered the room , water was all over the floor and it smelled awful. I asked to be moved to a different room but to my surprise the lady at the front desk said that was the only room...

“This is the worst hotel motel I have ever been in. I know it wasn’t expensive. I know it was cheap but still the room smelled like pure cigarettes. Besides that everything was dirty the bathroom, the tables, the floor, the bed everything was absolutely dirty and also people beware do not go into this hotel motel whatever it is it is infested with bedbugs. I left so early after I noticed the bedbugs on the bed. This is not a good hotel motel. Do not go on here.”

“I’m not usually one to complain about much but I was not impressed with my stay here. I booked two non smoking rooms, one stunk of stale cigarettes and the other was ok. The lady that checked us in had the personality of a wet dish rag and was not friendly at all. In our bathroom the bar that holds the shower curtain rod in place had missing screws so the bar drooped in the middle therefore causing the curtain to stay in the center making showering without getting water on the floor impossible....

“No elevator would be nice to know. We came at 3:30p nope check in at 4p ,returned took 40 minutes to get the room cause everyone was lazy and going home.”

“The hotel did not have much to offer other than a clean place to stay and a great location. They have done an excellent job of cleaning up the hotel and making it safer...it used to be a hotbed of nefarious activates. It is now much calmer and much safer. It was generally very clean but there was still a slight lingering smell of smoke. (the following comment is true of all hotels that have gone for carpet to LVP flooring) The floors were dirty...all hotels with this flooring use what are...
