"The staff was very pleasant. Very nice extremely helpful. My checkin was flawless. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. Everyone i encountered was extremely nice. The man that works overnights at the front desk was a different situation. From the first night, he was not customer service friendly. He's not pleasant at all. I stayed three nights and I just avoided him for the rest of my stay. I would definitely stay st this hotel again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, I would definitely give everyone 5 stars I'll give the overnight person ZERO STARS"

"This place was amazing! The mini-apt is spacious, clean, and so lovely. The attention to detail was amazing- if you call for something, they are there to help in record time. From people I emailed, texted, or met in person - everyone goes above and beyond. We had multiple people staying there, in various rooms. We loved that we could meet in so many places - the pool area is unreal! And mini-golf was so fun. There are lots of walking paths, and a nice central restaurant."

"Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We stayed in a “standard one bedroom” cottage-like reservation, while other part of family stayed in a two bedroom. There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. Staff was NOT overbearing in pushing us to commit to an appointment to hear sales pitch. Personnel were courteous and helpful. We did not use amenities; there for graduation."
