“The location is amazing. So many restaurants and shops. Easy access to Blue line train. Great neighborhood! The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. “Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.”

“Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price.”
