โThe check in clerk was very helpful. We arrived early, actually earlier than i thought due to a tome change. The clerk couldn't che k us in as the rooms were still being cleaned. I explained that we had to be somewhere and wouldn't be back for a few hours, yei i didn't want a second floor room as there is no elevator and my husband cannot carry our things up the stairs
