They do have an elevator, air conditioners tend to leak a bit off the balconies (it was humid) but they cool the room quickly. Comfortable beds and large rooms! $20 fee for pets.

Great service , though the restroom light wasnt working during my stay due to a "breaker" problem. Didnt make a big deal due to it being a cheaper hotel. The rooms arent sound proof so its a little loud when people walk by but its not a big problem. Clean rooms, and comfortable beds , overall a good stay.

Alot of the imperfections were masked with new paint, a few roof panels were broken which caused us to have a roach come in at night, bed sheets and pillows were in need of a deep wash and the outside of the building looked plain sketchy. I think the pictures of the rooms deceived us, not ideal for a family trip.

Well the workers were very friendly from the front desk to the house keeping. Whenbyou walk in the lobby was very nice but the elevator looked run down. The room was nice but the bathroom looked like the door frame had been kicked in and repainted. The bath tun didn't drain well and had rust spots. The tv didnt work.

Very bad experience, no cleanliness, Lift did not work We have to take steps to go 4th floor with small kids, moisture continuously forming on the floor, shower head has no pressure in the water, bathroom was terrible

Bad business

I was disappointed because it started fine from the lobby until it was time to fine my room. They didn't tell me that they had an elevator until I found it by accident and it was very dirty inside. The room was not clean because I saw roaches in my room and only had one towel, so when I call the front desk they told me that I had to wait because they were being washed and then go over to pick them up.

I stayed in 3 different rooms in 3 days: one was infested with greenbottle flies, one had most of the lights not working and one did not have a toilet seat on the loo! 🙆 I had to insist on changing rooms - no-one offered it! The lift did not work properly. The drinks machine for breakfast was out of action during all 3 days I was there. The coffee machine did not work properly. Cutlery and crockery was all single-use plastic.
Flies I killed in my room - in 30 minutes!
No loo seat!
Water dripped from the ceiling (including on me in bed!)
Floor was always wet or damp!
