“Excellent experience, excellent and professional staff I recommend it and I’ll return soon”

“This was our first time going to a TRS and although there are things that could make your stay more enjoyable (which I will list below) I will start with the positives that this resort has to offer. 1 - The butler service. Although it took us a few days to actually meet our butler, once we had contact with them, they were extremely helpful. So my recommendations is to find out who your butler is as soon as you arrive and make contact with them. 2- the adults only side is a bit small but you have...

“Excellent kid friendly property.”

“They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times.”

“What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it.”

“Accommodations ate comfortable and clean. Great bar staff and entertainment staff. We received a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Food/meals are good. Dislikes, the hotel pushes the upgrades and add ons. And you need to use a concierge to book your dinners or you won’t get a reservation.”

“This property is exactly what I expected. It was clean, right across from central beach, 2 blocks from restaurant row. Pool was clean. I didnt eat or drink there due to so many other options really close by. They swept the entire property, parking lot and all every morning 6am. Clean towels provided for the beach. Golf cart parking seems to be complimentary. Staff was helpful.”

“I was really impressed by the attentive staff and their great attitude toward customers.”

“WiFi was not provided at check in. Jacuzzi was broken in my stay. Stains in the sofa . No outlets in the room”

“Excellent layout, great views”

“Excellent staff, Kevin the Events Coordinator was the best person to know. The staff was extremely supportive and fun, great restaurants.”
