The hotel was right off the expressway, which was convenient for travel. However, it also added to the noise. The first night, the air conditioner was so loud that we asked to be changed to a different room for the last 3 nights of our stay. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to do so.

My first impression was the lobby smelled of weed. Room was clean also bed comfortable. However if you stay on the highway side...I now see why there is ear plugs in the room, very loud but they do really try to cut down on the noise of traffic by the 2 panes of glass sliding doors but renders the balcony useless. I would stay again but not the traffic side of the hotel.

The room was not clean. There were empty containers of pringles on the balcony. The restaurant was closed. They only cleaned the rooms every 3 days. The linen in the gym had not been emptied during my entire stay, adding to the odor of the room. There was no telephone in the room to reach the front desk. I was dissapointed, however, the view from the room was amazing!

I didn't get much of an opportunity to check out the amenities adequately, but the room was nice and the staff was wonderful! There were adequate trolleys to carry out luggage and the elevators seem to always be there when you needed one, even though it seemed there were a lot of people staying there. The best part for us, however, was the location as it was central to our specific needs and close to pretty much everything.
