“Staff were very polite and friendly. Very clean and good location. Bed was very comfy and room had plenty of space. But…… decor, breakfast, exterior, road, games room all awful. No imagination or inspiration. Doesn’t need money just some thought and energy. Won’t stay again would rather pay £25 more for better quality. Worst of all our room absolutely stank weed and it certainly wasn’t us!!”

“The Talbot Hotel is a very quaint hotel. It’s location in Oundle is ideal and central. The courtyard is a great place to soak up the sun with a cold beverage. Dorotha and Aaron were a pleasure to deal with, as were all staff. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.”
