“Great location for the college visit ”

“A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.”

“Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

“The room was decently cleaned, perfectly livable, but not exceptional. Some urine left on the bottom of the toilet seat, on the outside. Staff was friendly and great. Breakfast was good. The pillows on one of the beds were very flat and were folded over, and shoved into the pillowcase in a way to make them seem fuller, but it made them very short. Just seemed like they didn’t want to replace old pillows. No complaints other than that, we were comfortable and content! Great for a night’s stay.”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

“Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent staff was always replenishing the breakfast bar. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there but everything else was so great definitely coming back again. ”

“Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

“Do not book this hotel. It is very unsafe, especially for children. Very dirty, smells of smoke, and questionable activity throughout the property. Should not be an establishment! ”

“This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. ”
