I did not like the room at all walls are dirty with stain, the ceiling has stain all over, the wall mirrors are terrible has a lot spot missing the mirror and scratches all around
I did not like the Champagne Tower is not in good condition, very old, the paint inside the champagne tub is peeling off
I did not like the room swimming pool in my room, the pool filter was dirty, a lot spot of the wall paint of the swimming pool is peeling off.
I did not like the room 425 Fire Place is was filthy and dirty all over including the wall around the fire place with stain
I did not like the room 425 at all, they were trying to give another room 428, but the other room was even worse than the one I was staying. They also offered us another room 322 in the middle of the night,right after our dinner, the night before we are leaving the resort, the other room 322 has the same issues we went to see the room, and it was not worth it to move all our stuff from one room to another for the same type of room.
The staff are very nice people and helpful, and they know what is going on but there is nothing they could do it.
The property is very old, and is not updated. I should get my money back. I chose the best and expensive room "Champagne Suite" It was a nightmare never been in a place in this condition. Expedia should do something about these worse days of our vacation. Expedia don't sell this I been in Punta Cana, Cancun, Jamaica.
I never though that this will happen to us here in the USA.
