"really lovely cute little hotel, 5 min walk from west runton beach and not far from both sheringham and cromer. Really cute area! Lovely room stocked with snacks and breakfast! "
"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."
" Very convenient for walking into Sheringham and connecting with North Norfolk amenities by train or bus, easy to get to the beach or stroll through the town"
"Nice spacious and comfortable. Not cheap though. And the early morning fire alarm was an effective wake up call. The grounds are attractive and it has a good seaniew"
"A welcoming, friendly hotel with character. Beautiful surroundings, a regular visit by a muntjac deer. We had a view of the sea from our bedroom. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing."
"Beautiful hotel. Clearly a labour of love and wonderful to stay in a building with local history. Quiet and peaceful despite being in the town centre. Lots of great food and drink options nearby. "
"Just what you would expect from a seaside hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful we had a great evening meal, that we were not disappointed with. This was great as we really did fancy fish and chips sat beside the sea wall !! The room was well stocked with tea, water, biscuits and good to see plenty of the individual milk containers.
The breakfast was up there with the best all freshly cooked and hot."
"Nice bed was very comfortable and lovely place to stay . Had late check out also and nice breakfast at watsons . Now off to Morston quay see the seals . Perfect stay . "

"Lovely overnight stay. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Looks like they have refurbished the bar and restaurant now need to do the rooms which are a little dated. Loved the welcome breakfast hamper with fresh milk in a fridge. "
