“I liked my room, it was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is convenient to the NYS Thruway (87), however the signage on the road pointing to the entrance/driveway was a little confusing and should be clearer. I did not eat the breakfast due to time constraints, but it smelled delicious and there were plenty of people eating. The staff was fine, I really did not have to interact to any degree.”

Christina thrives at customer service and made check in a breeze. 2 things in the bathroom were broken, toilet paper holder and a leaking sink. that was no issue with us at all as we requested to be far away from folks as to not disturb after our concert at The Capitol Theatre let out.
