"Very pleasant and helpful staff. My wife is very mobility challenged. The first room they gave us was at the end of a very long hallway. When I raised it as an issue, they immediately moved us to a room much closer to the elevator and a much shorter walk. The entrance is a challenge with about 10 steps up to the lobby, but there is a handicapped ramp and also a handicapped lift. The front desk has to operate the lift but they were always available to help. On returns to the hotel, i would call them on my cell phone and someone would immediately come out to assist. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Everything was excellent."

"Very nice room with full kitchen and nice bathrooms. Mattress was a little soft for our taste. Please note the beach is not a beach. It us just a very small roped off area for kids. However, I was informed that there really are no beaches in Key West due to the coral reef. It was our first time there. The pool area and deck was nice with plenty of chairs but is was very small, warm and shallow. I would not want to be there when it was crowded. There is not much within walking distance so you need a car or Uber. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Was a beautiful property. We only needed to stay one night and did not get to enjoy all of the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful. We had stayed many years so and looked forward to going back. The sunrise was spectacular! Nice beach, pool, area and the grounds very well maintained."
