“For the price can't complain as you also get free parking. The room was clean and tidy with clear instructions as to how to access the room key. The restaurant is dog friendly also and food delicious. Just bear in mind it can be noisy in the room until the restaurant closes but not a massive issue.”

“Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms...

Room was fine and clean, although bath panel was heavily water damaged. There is scope to improve decor (pictures on the wall for example) to give a more homely feel”

“Friendly small hotel. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good too.”

“Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. 5 stars is not enough.”

“Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay. Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. We are aware we’d likely hear the road during our stay due to proximity, but we hadn’t considered we might hear every move and sound from the surrounding rooms. Due to the design of the building, the five rooms attached to ours could be heard. This was e”
