“Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room.”

“The hotel is clean and the room spacious, bed large and comfy, the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble, the food was good and plentiful and good choices, would definitely stay again. Good location for our plans.”

“아침 식사가 매일 똑같아서 장기 숙박은 추천하지 않으며 객실청소도 침대이불만 정리하고 바닥등은 휴지가 있어도 그대로 있는것으로 봐서 하지 않는것으로 생각됩니다. 저녁은 갑작스런 관광객이 오면 주문을 받지 않으므로 참고해 주세요.직원들은 친절하며 택시 예약은 고객이 직접 해야합니다.”

“Beautiful hotel, spotless clean and very helpful staff”

“Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...

“The staff were all wonderful. The area is beautiful. Our room”

“We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!”

“The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort.”

“Everything was perfect, the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Especially Sean, Great vib in the hotel.”

“Beautiful room and bathroom. Loved the tub and a stroll in the gardens.”

“Great spot”

“Without doubt possibly the best B & B I have stayed at. Irish hospitality t its best. Breakfast was amazing and a good variety for those who don't fancy an Ulster Fry to start their day. Our hosts were very sociable and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cakes to go with our in room refreshments were an absolute bonus. Would happily stay here again.”

“Very good service and friendly staff, live music. ”

“I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it. If she was honest about the room's avail I could...
