"As an expedia ueser, we should be made aware if there is renovations ongoing before we book. The staff was amazing and did say there would be comstruction. However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. "Was there for just a day during a long layover. It's close enough to the airport and to shopping to be a good place for day use for a long layover. Modern and clean and very polite, professional, friendly staff. The private room was small but comfortable. Shower was very good! Would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"The first time I stayed there the front desk was busier, but staff stayed positive, polite and courteous even though they were so busy. They let us know within minutes that our room was ok and we could leave. However, the second time we stayed the front desk clerk told us to wait 5 minutes while our room was checked, about 15 to 20 minutes later I walked up to the front desk clerk to inquire as about the room being checked and he stayed that yes it was ok to leave. While I waited I noticed the 2 front desk clerk’s joking around and maybe this is why they didn’t notify me that the room had been checked. This was on Sept 12 2025. "

I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.
