"Sheraton really disappointed me. While I understand that rooms are not always ready when you arrive, to charge guests to hold their bags $6 per item is nothing but a cash grab. Then on top of that, they refused to provide even an hour for a later checkout resulting in us conveniently needing to leave our luggage with them again for a fee and more money for them. It’s a disgusting practice I have never seen before. I grew up with parents in the then Starwood chain and it’s really sad to see this brand of hotels turn into this."

"A hotel waiting to be closed down. No amenities, no bar, no restaurant, no coffee /tea in room, ridiculously expensive shop in the lobby. Being knocked down in late 26/27."
