"Great property, but if you’re not going to party, you should book at the Lowe’s across the street. Be warned that the live venue blasts music outside until 12am. The bass is so loud that you can’t sleep unless you’re on the side of the hotel that doesn’t face the music. To the credit of the staff, they attempted to move us, but comically, it was a room even closer to the music and also in a room where the last guest smoked in it. They moved us again to a smaller room and it was fine. Not ideal at 10:30 at night when you just want to go to sleep, but instead you are packing up all of your stuff just to move. But hey, they gave us a voucher for free breakfast for the inconvenience of packing at 10;30pm, twice. 😂"

"Location was great. Hotel older and a little outdated. However, kept clean and in good shape. Liked the Valet parking"

"Well the front desk employee was not welcoming at all. I felt as if I was disturbing her. We also found a boiled egg under the bathroom sink. They sell them in the sundries area. The location wasn’t far from the American Airlines Center, which was a plus. The room was nice, but odd that they didn’t have a closet or dresser."
