Great stay!

Once we figured out the door code it all went great ! Nice room comforter bed. Pillows were way too big though and couch small. Great kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Great location too!

I am an old guy who does not do social media, the staff walked me through the process and I am glad they did. A full size apartment, easy access for covered gared parking in a college neighborhood near to many great dining options. Yet quiet. Whole Foods just down the road one way and a huge store just two blocks the other way.

Great place to stay for long-term visitors to DFW.

Very nice stay! It's contactless and the app worked well. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth and clearly spelled out. The apartment was very cute, in a good neighborhood, with lots of food/drink options. And a large tub!! 😁

Beautiful apartment, very clean, parking was horrible almost scratched my car it was tiny, elevator smelled like weed, swimming pool was closed after they said it was opened. Please don’t give parking area 21 it could damage a car due to concrete blocks that are there.

it was difficult at first trying to access room and garage door. but once you figured it out it’s easy to use.room was spacious and had a full kitchen. I recommend this place for events.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Great restaurants across the street and nearby. Parking in the attached parking garage was easy, and the designated parking spot was great. It was a little tough to navigate at first (getting inside, finding the apartment once in the building) but once in the apartment the first time, everything was great. Emails were very instructive just took a little getting used to. One of the elevator banks in the building was not working and the hallways were being painted so we had to navigate around all that.

You can tell they want to do a good job but it’s just not quite there yet- I never got a parking pass so I was locked out of the hotel several times, my tub took 2 days to drain after I took a quick shower but the space is nice and big the bed is comfy the location is great they just need to do better with directions, check ins and maintenance

It was just what we needed ... A great experience

We would totally stay again. Clean, easy check-in/check-out process. Parking was easy. The only complaints we had was not anything to do with the property. Ex: 26+ mph winds that howled around the building waking us up at night. Another ex: The person in the next parking space parking over the line.

Apartment was very nice and well stocked. All inside amenities were perfect. Property is a bit confusing and getting in is notbthe most convenient. 2 elevators were then out of service and it was a maze to get in. Other than that, I would return and enjoyed my stay.

Accomodation was clean, well equipped with pot, pans, utensils etc. Also had salt, pepper, oil, sugar, towels, face washers, cleaning supplies, laundry tablets & soap, shampoo & conditioner. Was great to have a full functioning kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was initially trying to obtain access & entry to room. However, lady on duty when we arrived was very helpful & provided extra instructions when we arrived which helped us locate room a little quicker.

This property was ideal for attending a Bible conference that was at Trinity Bible Church, just two blocks walking distance. The two bedroom, two bathroom was ideal with a very beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, untensils, dishwasher, etc. Did not use the washing machine or dryer but that was nice to have if needed. This was so nice and I hope to stay there again. Swimming pool was enjoyed! I would say the only downfall, and that is not Kasa's fault, was on Friday night there was loud music at the bar/establishment at the end of the block, this property was next to the SMU campus and so I kind of figured it was college age celebrating their weekend. But the accomdations were great and I give it 5 stars all around. The Krogers grocery store nearby was great and it was great to make our own food, saving money by not dining out. Close to the Bush Presidential Library too, which was enjoyable.

Virtual check-in and 24/7 help are awesome features. Parking garage requires a remote to get in to help keep your vehicle secure. The property was clean and kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps, and wash. Lots of natural light from the windows and comfortable sitting and dining area. Few bad things. The check-in instructions didn't match the physical lockbox items on the property and the 2nd room was not a king bed like advertised. Little to no AC airflow in the master bedroom so had to close vents in other areas; The air vents were dirty and bits of dust or mold flew off when closing them.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Logistics & Accessibilit

I should have listened to the bad reviews which ultimately was my experience. My stay at this hotel in Dallas was a nightmare, mainly due to the confusing logistics and accessibility issues. The building itself is like a maze, and getting to my room felt like a long, unnecessary hike—especially when they could have placed guests closer to the elevators. For such a complicated layout, I expected better planning to make navigating the property easier. On the plus side, the room was overall clean, but there were noticeable stains on the carpet and curtains. Maybe it was normal wear and tear, but for a rented space, I expected it to be better maintained. Their communication via text was timely, which was a small relief. However, that doesn’t make up for the frustrating experience of simply trying to get around. The entire process of getting guests in and around the building without unnecessary hassle needs serious improvement. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
